What does the software allow me to do?
  Our live chat solution allows web site owners to chat live with website visitors and to monitor visitors in real-time.
 

Can I enable my website visitors to chat with each other?
  No, this is not a chat room. Instead, this is designed for one-on-one chats between operators and visitors.
 

Do my website visitors have to install any software to chat with me?
  No. Your website visitors only need to click your chat button on your website to chat with you.
 

How will I know when I have a chat?
  You will be alerted in several ways...
      Your computer will being ringing.
      An icon will flash in your system tray.
 

Can I chat with multiple visitors independently?
  Yes, it very easy to handle multiple independent chats effectively.
 

Is the chat history stored for later use?
  Yes, all chat sessions are stored in a database for easy viewing by your staff.  Detailed reports may be generated, and chat sessions may be emailed to the website visitor.
 

Can I see where visitors have been on my website?
  Yes, you can see each page that a visitor has opened and how long they spent on each page.
 

Can I see where visitors came from?

  Yes, you can see the "Referrer URL" for each visitor (Example: it may show you that the visitor came from Yahoo searching for "used cars").
 

Do I need to be a programmer to use Live Insite?
  There is no programming involved.  The setup is quick, simple, and user friendly.
 

What do I need to run Live Insite?

  An internet connection and a web browser.  There is no software to install on any operator computers.  As a hosted application, ExciteFX handles all of the server setup and maintenance at no charge.
 

Can I customize the application to look like my current site?
  Live Insite is can be completely customized to look exactly like your current website, intranet, or extranet.  This could include colors, buttons, text styles, and logos.
 

Do you offer discounts for quarterly and yearly billing?
  Live Insite is billed quarterly per user license.  Annual payments include a 5% discount.
 

Is it easy to use Live Insite?
  Live Insite is as easy to use an any instant messaging program.  Simply select the website visitor you wish to speak with and begin typing.  Setup and management is just as easy with the integrated control and management panel.
