ExciteFX announces acquisition of web software company KIHC

Orlando, Florida, April 23, 2005 - Orlando Web Design company ExciteFX,  a leading supplier of Web Design and Online Media services, is pleased to announce today the acquisition of KIHC, a web software company in Houston Texas, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition of KIHC is part of ExciteFX's investment program in its Internet activities. It significantly strengthens ExciteFX's ability to develop its web activities and its strategy of developing Internet services to support small business and online retailers.

KIHC provides website software and interface design and production for a wide range of clients in the retail marketplace and has worked on a number of projects with ExciteFX in the past. This included the creation of the McGruff educational web site.
